My mother in laws dog Nova is frequently groomed by this man, she was such a nervous dog around men with her being a rescue. He took his time with a gentle nature and calmness now Nova is far from afraid to go with him. Due to her living in a top floor flat, he takes Nova outside his own home to groom her, she always comes back looking fabulous! She will never use anyone else and we have booked our old staffy in for a Christmas pamper!
